Delivery
- LOCAL DELIVERY: Sundays, Mondays between 5:30pm and 9:30pm UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Shipped Monday at 8pm, items will arrives Tuesday between 12-6pm
- Delivery is $5.00 or $7.99 OTP depending on location.
- You will receive a text on Wednesday with the weekly menu Orders are due FRIDAY AT 12PM SHARP. Delivery reminder will be sent the afternoon of your delivery day.
- Your meals will need to be refrigerated immediately upon receiving. If you won’t be home to accept your delivery, be sure to set out a cooler for our staff to place your meals in on warmer days. Be sure to include enough ice packs in your cooler for it to maintain a refrigerator-like temperature until you get home.
- We are able to unable to reschedule deliveries the or take requests for specific delivery times the day of delivery. Please give advance notice of at least 24 hours.
- If we arrive to deliver your meals but are unable to deliver the items you will be notified. We will return to our kitchen within a safe amount of time to refrigerate your meals, you will be charged a $25 Inconvenience Fee. We will communicate with you to reschedule a time for you to pick up your meals.
- If you do not leave out your cooler, items will be delivered to your door. You will be notified upon delivery if items are left at your door.
- There are no cash REFUNDS. If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package we will be more than happy to replace any items that are not to your liking. If you are unable to receive delivery due to unforeseen circumstance, please inform us prior to your delivery date. We are not responsible for items once they have been delivered to your door.
REHEATING: We package our meals in plastic, microwavable containers for easy reheating. Your meals will reheat well if microwaved for 30 - 90 seconds. Meals can also be removed from their container and reheated in the toaster oven, oven or on the stove top until heated through. Please recycle your containers with your local waste management company.
Our Ingredients
Produce - We source produce items locally and organically when possible. We do not use Genetically modified grains in our food.
Poultry - We use local, pastured chicken and turkey that are free of antibiotics and hormones.
Red Meat - We use beef free of antibiotics and hormones
White fish - We use wild caught cod or other wild caught white fish.
Shrimp - We use shrimp with no preservatives
Salmon - Our Atlantic salmon is wild caught and NOT farmed raised
Oils - We only use extra virgin olive oil, sweet cream butter and coconut oil
Gluten- We operate in a facility that shares space with other food producing companies. We cannot guarantee the removal of all trace amounts of gluten, peanuts, soy, or known allergens. If you have a LIFE-THREATENING ALLERGY, please notify us BEFORE placing a order!
